43. The court in the District of Richelieu shall have concurrent jurisdiction with the court in the district of Joliette over the town municipalities of Berthierville and Saint-Gabriel, the village municipality of Lavaltrie, the parish municipalities of La Visitation-de-la-Sainte-Vierge-de-l’Isle-du-Pads, Saint-Antoine-de-Lavaltrie, Saint-Barthélémi, Saint-Cuthbert, Saint-Damien, Saint-Gabriel-de-Brandon, Sainte-Geneviève-de-Berthier, Saint-Ignace-de-Loyola, Saint-Joseph-de-Lanoraie, Saint-Michel-des-Saints, Saint-Norbert, Saint-Viateur and Saint-Zénon; Lanoraie-d’Autray and Saint-Charles-de-Mandeville; over the townships of De Maisonneuve, Charland and Dupont and over an unorganized territory comprised between the extension northwesterly of the southwest and northeast lines of the towns of Dupont and the south line of the townships of Chouart, Radisson and Gosselin.
Such concurrent jurisdiction shall extend to all the officers of the court.

43. The court in the District of Richelieu shall have concurrent jurisdiction with the court in the district of Joliette over the electoral district of Berthier.
