263. The council receives and examines a complaint lodged by any person against a judge alleging that he has failed to comply with the code of ethics.

263. The council receives and examines a complaint lodged by any person against a judge alleging that he has failed to comply with the code of ethics.
Until the coming into force of the code of ethics, the council receives and examines a complaint lodged by any person against a judge alleging that he
(a)  has not made due exercise of his functions;
(b)  has place himself in such a position that he cannot make due exercise of his functions, or
(c)  has committed an act derogatory to the honour, dignity or integrity of the magistracy.
