32. This subdivision is applicable in respect of any dwelling for which an authorization to demolish is not required by a by-law adopted under section 148.0.2 of the Act respecting land use planning and development (chapter A-19.1).

32. This subdivision is applicable in respect of any dwelling situated outside a local municipal territory where a by-law made under section 148.0.2 of the Act respecting land use planning and development (chapter A-19.1) is in force.

This subdivision is applicable in respect of any dwelling situated outside a local municipal territory where a by-law made under section 412.2 of the Cities and Towns Act (chapter C-19), article 496 of the Municipal Code (chapter C-27.1) or paragraph 18 of article 524 of the Charter of the City of Montréal (1959-1960, chapter 102) is in force.
