167. The parole board or a person designated in writing by the parole board may mitigate or suppress the conditions during a temporary absence or a conditional release.
The parole board or, after consulting the parole board, the person designated may reinforce or add to the conditions.
A decision under the second paragraph may not be made without giving the offender an opportunity to submit observations.
