Section 25
Disposition versions
25. Subject to the regulations, the Director General and the warden of any house of detention for the establishment under his management may issue directives respecting any matter contemplated in paragraphs c to j.1, l and m of section 23 and in section 23.1.
A directive issued by the Director General is subject to the approval of the Minister and a directive issued by a warden is subject to the approval of the Director General.
A directive comes into force on the date of its approval or on any later date fixed therein.
25. Subject to the regulations, the Director General and the warden of any house of detention for the establishment under his management may issue directives respecting any matter contemplated in paragraphs c to j and l to r of section 23.
A directive issued by the Director General is subject to the approval of the Minister and a directive issued by a warden is subject to the approval of the Director General.
A directive comes into force on the date of its approval or on any later date fixed therein.
25. Subject to the regulations, the warden of any house of detention may make, for the establishment under his management, directives respecting any matter contemplated in paragraphs c to j of section 23.
The directives made under this section shall be subject to the approval of the Minister and shall come into force on the date of such approval or on such later date as is fixed therein.
