However, the second paragraph of section 25 of the Savings and Credit Unions Act (chapter C-4), where that paragraph applies to a caisse d’entraide économique, must be read in the period between (insert here the date of the coming into force of this section) and 1 February 1982 without reference to the words “and savings”.
