160. The liquidator, before taking possession of the property of the company, must give a security sufficient to guarantee the discharge of his office. At the request of the Autorité des marchés financiers or any other interested person, a judge of the Superior Court may determine the amount and nature of the security and increase it if necessary.

At the request of the Agence nationale d’encadrement du secteur financier or any other interested person, a judge of the Superior Court may determine the amount and nature of the security and increase it if necessary.
