90. (Repealed).
1965 (1st sess.), c. 24, s. 104; 1974, c. 16, s. 14; 1993, c. 15, s. 15.
90. A dependent child of a deceased contributor is deemed to be the orphan of that contributor.
Nevertheless, a child of 18 or more years of age is not deemed to be a dependent child of a contributor because he is disabled.
