87. If the pensioner receives less benefit than that to which he is entitled, Retraite Québec shall pay the due amount within two months of receiving a report under section 84.
If he receives more benefit than that to which he is entitled, Retraite Québec may effect compensation for any overpayment made, in the manner determined by regulation under section 147 of the Act respecting the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan (chapter R-10).
No interest may be charged on any sum thus paid or collected.

If he receives more benefit than that to which he is entitled, the Commission may effect compensation for any overpayment made, in the manner determined by regulation under section 147 of the Act respecting the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan (chapter R-10).

87. If the pensioner receives benefits that are greater or lower than those to which he is entitled, the Commission must,
(1)  in the case of underpayment, pay the due amount within two months of receiving a report under section 84;
(2)  in the case of overpayment, deduct the amount of the overpayment from the benefits it pays to the employee in the 12 months after the anniversary date referred to in section 84.
No interest is exigible on any underpayment or overpayment.
