62. An employee who, after two years of credited service and before becoming entitled to a pension, ceases to be a member of this plan is entitled to a deferred pension only, unless the employee transfers their years and parts of a year of service to another pension plan.
In case of death before the deferred pension becomes payable, the contributions shall, subject to section 74, be refunded to the employee's spouse or, if the employee has no spouse, to the employee's successors.
