93. Except in the case of a pension plan to which section 7 applies, the report on the actuarial valuation required under section 4 is deemed to be the report mentioned in section 8 of the Regulation respecting the funding of pension plans of the municipal and university sectors (chapter R-15.1, r. 2), when such a report on an actuarial valuation of the plan as at 31 December 2015 is required. If the latter report was sent to Retraite Québec, an amended version of it must be sent to Retraite Québec not later than 30 June 2016.
