11. The function of Retraite Québec is to prescribe, in respect of funds entrusted to it under section 10, general standards of allocation of investments to be taken into account by the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec.

11. The function of the commission is to prescribe, in respect of funds entrusted to it under section 10, general standards of allocation of investments to be taken into account by the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec.

11. The Commission shall determine the general standards concerning the proportion in which the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec must invest the funds entrusted to it under section 10 in each of its segregated portfolios.
