R-12 - Act respecting the Civil Service Superannuation Plan

43.1. A pensioner who is 65 years of age or over and who holds pensionable employment under the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan is, notwithstanding the first paragraph of section 3 of the Act respecting the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan (chapter R-10), an employee within the meaning of that plan for any period during which he holds pensionable employment, and sections 117, 118 and 122 of the said Act apply.

43.1. A pensioner who is 65 years of age or over and who holds an employment that is pensionable employment under the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan may elect to become a member of that plan as provided in section 118 of the Act respecting the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan (chapter R-10), and sections 117 to 122 of the said Act apply.

43.1. The pensioner who is 65 years of age or over and who holds an employment contemplated by the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan may elect to contribute to that plan as provided in section 80.2 of the Act respecting the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan (chapter R-10), and sections 80.1 to 80.6 of the said Act apply.
