8. The objects of the Corporation are to increase the proficiency and ability of its members so as to assure to the public greater security and protection with respect to health and hygiene, to regulate their discipline and professional conduct, to facilitate and promote their studies, to give them an opportunity of discussing their interests, and to render its members generally all the services they may need.

8.
