2. The functions of the Minister shall be to prepare and propose to the Government policies respecting health and social services.
The Minister must see to the implementation of such policies and supervise the application and co-ordinate the carrying out thereof.

2. The functions of the Minister shall be to prepare and propose to the Government policies respecting social affairs for Québec in the fields of health and social services.
The Minister must see to the implementation of such policies and supervise the application and co-ordinate the carrying out thereof.

2. The functions of the Minister shall be to prepare and propose to the Government policies respecting social affairs for Québec in the fields of health, social services, social aid, social allowances and social insurance so as to assure a quality of life and standard of living suitable to each individual and family.
The Minister must see to the implementation of such policies and supervise the application and co-ordinate the carrying out thereof.
