32. Every vacancy occurring during a term of office is filled in accordance with the rules of appointment provided with regard to the board member to be replaced.
Absence from a number of meetings determined by the internal by-laws of each fund constitutes a vacancy, in the cases and circumstances specified by the by-laws.
