85. Every person holding a license for a billiard table or a bowling alley who,—
(1)  Allows anyone to play thereon for money or for any stake whatsoever; or,
(2)  Allows any person to play thereon at any time during Sundays,—
shall be guilty of an offence and liable, in addition to the costs, to a fine of not less than ten dollars nor more than one hundred dollars, for each offence, and, on failure to pay such fine and costs, to imprisonment for thirty days in the house of detention.
