13. (Repealed).

13. If the Bureau fails to adopt a regulation in accordance with subparagraph a of the first paragraph of section 12 within the delay fixed by the Office des professions du Québec, the Office may adopt such regulation.

13. If the Bureau fails to adopt a regulation in accordance with subparagraph a of the first paragraph of section 12 within the delay fixed by the Office des professions du Québec, the Office may adopt such regulation.
Every regulation adopted by the Office under this section must be submitted for approval to the Government and shall come into force, after such approval, on the day of its publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec or on any later date fixed therein.
