71. The Commission shall designate the rooms of the establishment where a permit may be used.
It shall also determine the maximum number of patrons who may be admitted into those rooms and the minimum surface area required in a restaurant or bar for the presentation of spectacles or, as the case may be, for dancing.
The Commission may authorize the use of a permit outside a room, especially in the dependencies of an establishment, at a swimming pool or on a terrace situated in the proximity of the establishment. The Commission, by a regulation it shall make under section 12, shall determine the conditions of use of that permit and, if necessary, waive for that permit the provisions of this act it specifies.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this act, the preceding paragraph applies to the use of a bar permit in a hotel room by means of a system by which a traveller serves himself.
