37. (Repealed).

37. Upon receiving each application for the issue of a permit other than a reunion permit, the secretary-general shall enter it in a register kept for that purpose at the office of the Commission situated in the division where the application is made.
Such register shall be open to the public on the days and during the hours when the offices of the Commission are open.
