2. Every person no longer subject to compulsory school attendance is entitled to the educational services prescribed by the basic regulations established by the Government under section 448, within the scope of the programs offered by the school service centre pursuant to this Act.

2. Every person no longer subject to compulsory school attendance is entitled to the educational services prescribed by the basic regulations established by the Government under section 448, within the scope of the programs offered by the school board pursuant to this Act.

2. Every person no longer subject to compulsory school attendance is entitled to the educational services prescribed by the basic school regulation for adult education made by the Government under section 448, within the scope of the programs offered by the school board pursuant to this Act.

Every person no longer subject to compulsory school attendance is entitled to the educational services prescribed by the basic school regulations (régime pédagogique) applicable to adult educational services made by the Government under section 448, within the scope of the programs offered by the school board pursuant to this Act.
