18. It is forbidden to hinder an inspector or investigator of the Authority in the performance of his duties, to mislead or attempt to mislead him by concealment or fraudulent misrepresentation or to refuse to obey any order he may give under this Act or the regulations.
The inspector or investigator shall, if so required, produce a certificate attesting his authority. The certificate requires the signature of the President of the Authority.
