74. The fees to be paid for the examination of an application for selection for permanent immigration filed by a foreign national belonging to the economic class are
(1)  $17,380 for an application filed as an investor;
(2)  $1,211 for an application filed as an entrepreneur or a self-employed worker; and
(3)  $895 for an application filed as a skilled worker.
