117. A minister contemplated in section 4 of the Executive Power Act (chapter E-18), the Leader of the Opposition, a member to whom subparagraph 6 of section 7 of the Act respecting the conditions of employment and the pension plan of the Members of the National Assembly (chapter C-52.1) applies, the President and the Vice-Presidents of the National Assembly, the Government House Leader, the Opposition House Leader and the House Leader of a party contemplated in subparagraph 6 of section 7 of the said act, and the Chief Government Whip and the Chief Opposition Whip in the National Assembly, may appoint his executive assistant and the other persons required for the good administration of his executive staff.
