88. The Government shall appoint a chairman to the Office, who shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Office, for a term of not over five years. He shall perform the duties assigned to the Office under this Act and be responsible for the administration of the Office.
The chairman shall remain in office at the expiry of his term until he is reappointed or replaced.
