9. Any person who fails to comply with any provision of this Act is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $325 to $700.

Sections 139 to 147 of the Act respecting labour standards (chapter N-1.1) apply, with the necessary modifications.

9. Any person who fails to comply with any provision of this Act is guilty of an offence and is liable, in addition to costs, to a fine of $100 to $500 on summary proceedings instituted by a person generally or specially authorized for that purpose by the Attorney-General.

Fines are paid into the consolidated revenue fund.
