59. An institution may make an agreement with a school board under section 294 of the Education Act (chapter I-13.3) for the transportation of persons who attend such institution and claim from them payment of the cost incurred by the institution under section 296 of that Act.

59. An institution may make an agreement with a school corporation under section 431.1 of the Education Act (chapter I-14) for the bussing of persons who attend such institution, and claim from them payment of the cost incurred by the institution under section 440.1 of that Act.

59. Any institution may make agreements under subparagraph b of subsection 2 of section 431 of the Education Act (chapter I-14), for the transport of persons who attend such institution and claim payment of the cost of it from the parents of the pupils transported in accordance with the said subparagraph b. However, failing to make such an agreement, an institution may, upon the authorization of the Minister of Transport, provide itself for such transport and claim payment of the cost of it from the persons transported or the parents of the pupils transported after deduction of the grants made for such purposes, if any.
Subsections 2 to 8 of section 431 of the Education Act apply mutatis mutandis to transport effected under the preceding paragraph.
