72. Notwithstanding the right granted by section 10 of the Charter of human rights and freedoms, no handicapped person may, in the year following the coming into force of section 67, allege discrimination based of the sole fact that the means of transportation are not accessible for him and, after the expiration of such period, the handicapped person shall not do so if the public transport company conforms to the development programme approved pursuant to section 67.
