58.3. An application for entry, striking off or correction may be made by the spouse, by a relative of the person entitled to make the application, or by a person who is cohabiting with the person.
For the purposes of the first paragraph, relative means a father, mother, or one of the parents, grandfather, grandmother, father-in-law or stepfather, mother-in-law or stepmother, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son, daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandson or granddaughter.
