E-2.3 - Act respecting school elections to elect certain members of the boards of directors of English-language school service centres

209.33. A candidate who is elected and who, on 2 August of the year following that of polling day, has not paid all debts arising from his election expenses, loses the right to attend, as a member, the sittings of the English-language school service centre’s board of directors from that date and until he has paid all such debts and filed a financial report establishing that he has done so.
The loss of the right to attend the sittings of the English-language school service centre’s board of directors entails the loss of the right to attend, as a member, the sittings of the boards, committees and commissions referred to in section 209.28.

A candidate who is elected and who, on 31 December of the year following that of polling day, has not paid all debts arising from his election expenses, loses the right to attend, as a member, the sittings of the council of commissioners from that date and until he has paid all such debts and filed a financial report establishing that he has done so.
The loss of the right to attend the sittings of the council of commissioners entails the loss of the right to attend, as a member, the sittings of the boards, committees and commissions referred to in section 209.28.
