E-2.3 - Act respecting school elections to elect certain members of the boards of directors of English-language school service centres

12. Every person who, on polling day,
(1)  has attained 18 years of age,
(2)  is a Canadian citizen,
(3)  is domiciled in the territory of the English-language school service centre and has been domiciled in Québec for at least six months,
(4)  is not disqualified from voting as a result of a judgment rendered under article 288 of the Civil Code, and
(5)  has not been convicted within the last five years of an offence that is a corrupt electoral or referendum practice under this Act, the Referendum Act (chapter C-64.1), the Act respecting elections and referendums in municipalities (chapter E-2.2) or the Election Act (chapter E-3.3),
is a qualified elector.

12. Every person who, on polling day,
(1)  has attained 18 years of age,

(4)  is not under curatorship, and
(5)  has not been convicted within the last five years of an offence that is a corrupt electoral or referendum practice under this Act, the Referendum Act (chapter C-64.1), the Act respecting elections and referendums in municipalities (chapter E-2.2) or the Election Act (chapter E-3.3),
is a qualified elector.

is a qualified elector.

is a qualified elector.

(2)  is a Canadian citizen,
(3)  has been domiciled in Québec for six months,
(4)  is not under curatorship, and
(5)  is not deprived of election rights, pursuant to section 223.2 of this Act or to section 568 of the Election Act (chapter E-3.3),
is a qualified elector.
