37. Each club shall be entitled to an annual grant of $0.50 per member, taken from the sum of $100 000 devoted by section 62 of the Agricultural Societies Act (chapter S-25) to the payment of grants to agricultural societies or from any other appropriation voted therefor.
Nevertheless, no club shall receive in one year less than $25 or more than $50.
