78. Whoever sells, purchases or offers to purchase, serves or offers to serve in a public or commercial establishment game other than big game or fish, the sale of which is prohibited by regulation, is guilty of an offence and liable, in addition to the payment of the costs, to a fine of $50 to $100 for each offence or to imprisonment for not less than seven days or to both these penalties at the same time.

78. Whoever purchases or sells small game or fish the sale of which is prohibited, or contravenes any other provision of this act or the regulations not specifically contemplated in this Division, is guilty of an offence and liable, in addition to the payment of the costs, to a fine of $50 for each offence or to imprisonment for not more than ten days or to both such penalties at the same time.
