123.89. A company shall assume the obligations contemplated in sections 123.87 and 123.88 in respect of any person who acted at its request as director for a legal person of which it is a shareholder or creditor.

123.89. The Director may refuse any article or document required to be registered under this Part if it does not contain all the statements legally required, is not presented strictly in the form and tenor prescribed by the regulations of the Government, or provides for the assignment to a company of a corporate name not in conformity with the law, the regulation applicable, made or approved by the Government or reserved for a third person under this act.
