123.84. A director is presumed to have acted with appropriate skill and with prudence and diligence if he relies on the opinion or report of an expert to take a decision.

123.84. A director is presumed to have acted with appropriate skill and all the care of a prudent administrator if he relies on the opinion or report of an expert to take a decision.

123.84. The judge may confirm or quash any decision submitted to him.
The judgment shall be evidenced in writing and signed by the judge who rendered it. It shall contain, in addition to the conclusions, the reasons on which it is founded.
