123.16. From the date indicated in the certificate of constitution, the company is a legal person.

123.16. From the date indicated in the certificate of incorporation, the company is a corporation within the meaning of the Civil Code of Lower Canada.

123.16. The Director may, upon request, reserve for the period prescribed by regulation of the Government a corporate name for an intended company or for a company about to change its corporate name.
