6.14. (Repealed).
1984, c. 32, s. 1; 1987, c. 108, s. 3.
6.14. If at the end of the period fixed for nominations the number of candidates does not exceed the number of offices to be filled, the secretary of the Community shall declare the candidates elected.
In the opposite case, the secretary of the Community shall order that a vote be held.
Each mayor is entitled to one vote.
