24. (Repealed).

24. The meetings of the executive committee shall be presided over by the chairman of such committee; in the case of absence or inability to act of the chairman, or of a vacancy in his office, they shall be presided over by the vice-chairman; in the case of absence or inability to act of both, or of a vacancy in the office of both, the members present shall appoint one of their number to replace the vice-chairman temporarily.
