218. The Société shall have sufficient interest to make to the Commission des transports du Québec any representations it deems proper respecting any application for a permit made by a carrier of passengers and covering all or part of the territory of the Société, respecting routes, stops or any other condition which might affect such permit.

Notice of such application for a permit shall be sent as soon as possible by the Commission to the Société.

The Transit Commission shall have sufficient interest to appear before the Commission des transports du Québec and to make any representations it deems proper respecting any application for a permit made by a carrier of passengers and covering all or part of the territory of the Transit Commission or the peripheral territory, respecting routes, stops or any other condition which might affect such permit.

Notice of the hearing of such application for a permit shall be forwarded without delay by the Commission des transports du Québec to the Transit Commission.
