183. Not later than the third day preceding a regular meeting, or not later than 36 hours or, in exceptional circumstances, 24 hours before the time fixed for a special meeting, the secretary shall have a notice of convocation to the meeting and, where applicable, the agenda paper delivered to each member of the board of directors, by an employee of the Société, a courier service or a peace officer. The notice of convocation of a special meeting may also be sent by facsimile transmission, within the prescribed time, to each member of the board of directors.

183. The Council shall fix, by by-law, the remuneration and allowance of the members of the board of management of the Transit Commission other than the director general. The remuneration and allowance shall be paid by the Commission out of its revenue.
The by-law may be retroactive to 1 January preceding its coming into force.
The Council shall fix, by by-law, the rules concerning the pension of the members of the board of management of the Transit Commission other than the director general. It must be a contributory pension. It is paid by the Commission out of its revenue. This paragraph does not apply to a person who participates in the pension plan established under the Act respecting the Pension Plan of Elected Municipal Officers (chapter R-9.3).

183. The Government shall fix the fees, allowances, salaries and pensions of the members of the board of management of the Transit Commission other than the director general. Such sums shall be paid by the Transit Commission.
