113. (Repealed).

113. From the date of the coming into force of the by-law contemplated in section 100, every provision of a by-law of a municipality of the territory of the Community, inconsistent with the development plan of the Community, becomes inoperative. The same rule applies to any such provision in a by-law of a county municipality in so far as it is applicable to a municipality in the territory of the Community.
