300.1. (Replaced).

300.1. The Government may designate a person to examine any questions in dispute between the Community, the Commission, the city of Longueuil, the Commission de transport de la Rive Sud de Montréal and the municipalities and bodies to whose rights they have succeeded.
The designated person shall transmit to the Government his recommendations for the solution of the questions in dispute, within the time limit established by the Government.
