300. All revenues of the Société, including subsidies, shall be used to fulfil the obligations of the Société and to organize, possess, develop and administer its public transport undertaking.

300. All revenues of the corporation, including subsidies, shall be used to fulfil the obligations of the corporation and to organize, possess, develop and administer its public transport undertaking.

300. The Government may, on the recommendation of the Minister, exclude, by letters patent, the territory of the city of Longueuil from the territory of the Commission.
The letters patent come into force on the day of their publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec.

Upon the recommendation of the Minister, the Government, by letters patent, may withdraw the territory of the City of Longueuil from the territory of the Commission from the end of any fiscal year of the Commission; such letters patent shall come into force upon publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
