105. No person under a sanction may drive a road vehicle even if he holds a valid driver’s licence issued by another administrative authority or an International Driver’s Permit.
However, the holder of a restricted licence may, subject to section 195.1, drive a road vehicle to carry on his principal means of livelihood.

105. No person may drive a road vehicle while his licence or a class thereof authorizing him to drive such a vehicle is cancelled or suspended or while his right to obtain such a licence or a licence of such a class is suspended.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the holder of a restricted licence may drive a road vehicle to carry on his principal means of livelihood.
This section also applies to a person whose driver’s licence was issued by an administrative authority other than the Société, where his licence has been suspended or cancelled or he is under a prohibition to operate a motor vehicle, even if he is the holder of an International Driver’s Permit.
