26. The classification may be made at the expiry of a period of sixty days from the date of the notice of intention contemplated in section 25, by an entry to that effect in the register in accordance with sections 11 and 12.
The notice given by the Minister pursuant to section 25 is without effect if the entry referred to in the first paragraph is not made within one year from the date of the sending of the notice.

26. The classification may be made at the expiry of sixty day’s delay from the date of the notice of intention contemplated in section 25, by an entry to that effect in the register in accordance with sections 11 and 12.
The notice given by the Minister pursuant to section 25 becomes null and void if the entry referred to in the first paragraph is not made within a delay of one year from the date of the sending of the notice.
