93.59. The minutes of the meeting of the board of directors at which a member is suspended or expelled shall set out the facts that gave rise to the decision.
Within fifteen days of the decision, the mutual insurance association shall send to the member a notice setting out the reasons for the suspension or expulsion, by registered mail.
