A-13.3 - Act respecting financial assistance for education expenses

23. For the purposes of this subdivision,
full exemption period means the period beginning on the date on which a borrower obtains a first loan or resumes being a full-time student, and ending at the end of the month in which the borrower ceases to be a full-time student or, if the borrower is in a situation provided for by regulation, at the time mentioned therein; and
partial exemption period means the period of six months following the end of the full exemption period.

23. For the purposes of this subdivision, period of exemption means the period beginning on the date on which the borrower obtains a first loan or on which the borrower resumes being a full-time student, and ending on the date determined in accordance with the regulations.

23. For the purposes of this subdivision, period of exemption means the period beginning on the date on which the borrower obtains a first loan, or on which he becomes a full-time student again after having ceased to be so, and ending
(1)  on 1 March, for a borrower who completes or abandons his full-time studies during or at the end of the preceding summer trimester;
(2)  on 1 July, for a borrower who completes or abandons his full-time studies during or at the end of the preceding autumn trimester;
(3)  on 1 December, for a borrower who completes or abandons his full-time studies during or at the end of the preceding winter trimester.

(1)  on 1 April, for a borrower who completes or abandons his full-time studies during or at the end of the preceding summer trimester;
(2)  on 1 August, for a borrower who completes or abandons his full-time studies during or at the end of the preceding autumn trimester;
(3)  on 1 January, for a borrower who completes or abandons his full-time studies during or at the end of the preceding winter trimester.
