11. If a municipal fund resulting from the sale of lands situated within the limits of a town incorporated under this Act is created in virtue of the Mining Act (chapter M-13), such town shall benefit thereby according to the conditions prescribed by the Government when such fund was created.
To contribute to such fund and to assist in the organization of the town, the Government may lease, sell or give such lands in the public domain as it deems appropriate, situated within the limits of the town concerned. Such power of the Government may be exercised during the two years following the incorporation of the town.
