48. (Repealed).

48. Sections 611 to 621 of the said act are replaced for the municipality by the following:
“611. Fines imposed by the by-laws of the council shall be recoverable by summary proceedings in accordance with the Summary Convictions Act (chapter P-15), mutatismutandis.”
