308. The Authority may, by regulation, incorporate by reference any or all provisions of extra-provincial securities laws.

308. The Authority may delegate the power to review its decisions, to order an investigation under section 239, to institute court proceedings under this Act in the name of the Authority or to render a decision pursuant to Title VI only to a superintendent or to another senior executive reporting directly to the president and director general of the Authority.

308. The Agency may only delegate to a superintendent the powers to review its decisions, to order an investigation under section 239, to institute court proceedings under this Act in the name of the Agency and to render a decision pursuant to Title VI.

308. The Commission may not delegate the power to review its decisions, the power to order an investigation under section 239, the power to institute court proceedings under this Act in the name of the Commission, the power to render a decision pursuant to Title VI, the power to make a freeze order pursuant to Title IX, the power to recommend to the Minister the appointment of a provisional administrator, the liquidation of the property of a person or the liquidation of a partnership, the power to impose an administrative penalty under section 273.1, the power to make regulations and the power to establish policy statements. However, the Commission may delegate the power to order an investigation under section 239 to one of its members.

308. The Commission has sole authority to review its decisions, order an investigation, institute proceedings under this Act, render a decision in accordance with Title VI, make a freeze order under Title IX or recommend to the Minister the appointment of a provisional administrator, the liquidation of the property of a person or the liquidation of a company.
In addition, the Commission has sole authority to exercise the powers granted to it under sections 269 and 269.1.
